Leku is a project-memory workspace. Paid plans, when offered, are billed for continued access to the service. This page explains cancellations, billing errors, and refunds.
Card payments, if enabled, are handled by a payment processor. Leku does not store full payment card numbers. This page describes refund rules only; it does not complete a purchase or connect a payment method.
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation are refunded in full once we confirm the error.
If this is your first paid Leku charge, you may request a refund within 14 days when you have not made substantial use of paid features during that period.
If a paid period could not be used because Leku was unavailable for a material part of that period, we refund or credit the unused portion.
Write to support@leku.app from the account email, and include the charge date, amount, and what you want reviewed. Use that address for refunds, billing questions, and paid-plan support.
We review complete requests as quickly as we can. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and processors typically complete the credit within 5 to 10 business days after we approve it.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we refund unused time under this policy. The Terms of Service still apply for as long as the account remains open.
If tax was collected on a refunded charge, we refund that tax as well unless a tax authority requires otherwise.
The Grievance Officer for Leku is Satya tarakaprabhu. Write if you have a complaint about payments, charges, cancellations, or refunds.
Email legal@leku.app with the account email, a short description of the issue, and any charge or request details that help us find it. We aim to acknowledge the complaint promptly and resolve it within 15 days where that timeline applies.
Paid-plan billing is also covered by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
