FAQ

Questions visitors ask before using Leku.

Clear answers about the product, the workflow, AI processing, security, privacy, and signup.

What is Leku?

Leku is a workspace and knowledge base for teams that want project context to stay useful. It captures notes, meetings, transcripts, decisions, tasks, and questions, then organizes them into searchable project memory.

Who is Leku for?

Leku is built for startups, product teams, operations groups, agencies, and organizations that need shared understanding across fast-moving projects.

How is Leku different from a document folder?

A folder stores documents. Leku tracks the relationships between project artifacts: what decision was made, what questions remain open, what tasks were created, and which source notes support the answer.

How does Leku use AI?

Leku uses AI to structure workspace context, generate embeddings for semantic search, and retrieve relevant source material. Customer content is not used to train AI models or improve unrelated services.

How does Leku protect workspace content?

Leku uses HTTPS/TLS, provider-managed encryption at rest, authentication, database row-level security, security headers, rate limits, audit logging, and vendor review. The Security page separates current controls from enterprise roadmap items.

Do visitors need an account to understand the product?

No. The landing page, Features page, FAQ, Security page, Privacy Policy, Terms, and data-sale disclosure are public so visitors can evaluate Leku before signing in.

How do I sign up?

Leku currently uses invite-key signup. Visitors with an invite key can create an account from the signup page, and existing users can sign in directly.

Where can I review privacy details?

The Privacy Policy explains what data Leku collects, how AI processing works, and how users can exercise data rights.

Is Leku SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. Leku is built with controls intended to support SOC 2 readiness and ISO 27001-aligned security management, but we do not describe Leku as certified until an applicable independent audit or certification is complete.

Can my company request a DPA, BAA, or security review?

Send DPA requests, security questionnaires, and regulated-workload requirements to legal@leku.app before uploading data that requires special contractual controls. BAAs, FedRAMP workstreams, and regional data residency are not currently available by default and remain roadmap items unless explicitly confirmed in a separate written agreement after readiness review.

Need the formal policy details?

Review the Security page, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and data-sale disclosure before creating an account.
