Our Position
Leku does not sell your personal information. Leku also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not build advertising profiles from your workspace content, analytics, notes, transcripts, embeddings, or searches.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, process requested AI features, generate search embeddings, support customers, monitor errors, maintain audit logs, and comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics are consent-based and are not used for advertising or model training.
Service Providers
We use subprocessors for AI processing, database and authentication, hosting, consent-based analytics, and error monitoring. They process data on our behalf for contracted service purposes and are not permitted to sell your data or use customer content for their own advertising.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request deletion or correction of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
- Exercise privacy rights without discrimination.
Because Leku does not sell or share personal information, no sale/sharing opt-out is required for ordinary use of the service. You can still exercise privacy rights by contacting privacy@leku.app.
Global Privacy Control
Leku honors the Global Privacy Control signal by disabling optional analytics cookies when your browser sends that signal.
